Expertise in Property Law.

Structuring, transferring, and protecting assets within a controlled legal framework.

I provide services in property law to support my clients at every stage of structuring, managing, and transferring their assets, whether private or professional. My approach combines civil law, tax law, and private international law to offer strategic guidance tailored to personal and family realities.

Asset Organization: Choice of Regime and Anticipation

The legal organization of assets requires upstream planning on the rules applicable to marital life and property ownership:

Analysis and choice of matrimonial regime (community, separation of property, participation in acquisitions),

Drafting or modifying marriage contracts,

Civil solidarity pact (PACS) and its property effects,

Prevention and assistance in cases of separation or divorce, considering both civil and tax issues.

Transfer: Legally Framing Intentions

I assist in the transfer of assets, whether planned in advance or through inheritance, within a secure framework:

Drafting and implementing testamentary strategies,

Inter vivos gifts: simple donations, joint donations, manual gifts,

Shared gifts, aimed at maintaining family balance,

Estate planning, including analysis of forced heirship, joint ownership, and methods of devolution,

Coordination with related tax issues (transfer duties, latent capital gains, usufruct reversion clauses, etc.).

Private International Law: Cross-Border Families and Assets

In an increasingly mobile context, I regularly handle cases with an international dimension:

Determining the applicable law for the matrimonial regime or succession,

Anticipating conflicts of laws and jurisdictions,

Implementing European regulations (No. 2016/1103 on matrimonial property regimes, No. 650/2012 on successions),

Coordination with foreign professionals (notaries, lawyers, banks) to ensure the consistency of the asset structure at an international level.
