French tax lawyer in Paris for private clients, companies and expatriates

Professional Background and Experience
I advise clients on tax law and international taxation, both in advisory and litigation matters, with particular expertise in transaction tax, corporate taxation (corporate income tax, VAT and local taxes), wealth taxation and international mobility.
I also advise on private wealth matters, particularly in relation to the prevention of disputes arising from wealth transfers, succession planning and complex family or divorce situations.
In 2023, I founded my independent law firm after more than ten years of practice within the Individual Tax and International Mobility department of Deloitte Société d’Avocats in Paris.
I regularly assist business executives, entrepreneurs, artists, professional athletes, expatriates and families with a wide range of tax and wealth planning matters, in both domestic and international contexts.
International Dimension
My practice is primarily grounded in strong French tax law expertise, which I apply in matters that frequently involve multiple jurisdictions and cross-border considerations.
My academic and professional background is inherently international. After studying law at the University of Perugia, I obtained a specialised master’s degree in corporate tax law from Bocconi University in Milan. I subsequently developed the core of my professional practice in France, where I gained substantial experience in international taxation and cross-border private client matters. I further strengthened this perspective through an Executive Master at IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School, enhancing my ability to advise decision-makers on complex legal, tax and strategic matters.
This dual legal, academic and cultural background enables me to assist clients effectively with tax and private wealth matters involving multiple jurisdictions, offering an integrated and pragmatic approach to international legal and tax issues.
My professional development is further strengthened by ongoing education through recognised institutions and active participation in professional organisations, including the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and AUREP.
