Sandro Assogna, Attorney-at-Law –Tax and Private Wealth.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, I advise private clients on matters of high legal, tax and often international complexity. I provide both strategic and technical support to my clients and their advisers (private bankers, wealth managers, family offices) in the structuring, protection and transfer of their wealth.
My work integrates all key dimensions relevant to decision-making: governance, financial engineering and regulatory developments. I offer comprehensive support, from advisory services to the defence of my clients’ interests in tax and civil litigation.
In cross-border contexts, I work in close coordination with foreign colleagues, notably within the International Bar Association (IBA), to ensure the legal and tax consistency of strategies implemented on a global scale.
Convinced that the quality of legal advice requires ongoing vigilance, I regularly attend conferences organised by the IBA and the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF), in order to enrich my practice with the best comparative approaches.
Before founding my firm, I spent more than ten years at Deloitte Société d’Avocats in Paris. I hold degrees from Bocconi University and the Sorbonne, am fluent in English and fully bilingual in Italian.
