Professional background and experience
I practise in tax law and international taxation, both in advisory and contentious matters, with particular expertise in transactional taxation, corporate taxation (corporate income tax, VAT and local taxes), private wealth taxation and international mobility.
My clients also benefit from my expertise in estate law, notably in the prevention of disputes arising in the context of succession planning and divorce.
In 2023, I founded my independent law firm after ten years of practice within the Individual Tax and International Mobility department of Deloitte Société d’Avocats in Paris.
I regularly advise business leaders, artists and professional athletes, expatriates and families on a wide range of tax and wealth-related matters, both domestic and cross-border.
International perspective and expertise
My academic and professional background reflects a deep understanding of both the French and Italian legal and tax systems. I was trained in Italy at the University of Perugia and later at Bocconi University in Milan, specialising in corporate tax law, before developing my practice in France within a leading law firm.
This dual expertise is further strengthened by advanced continuing education, including an Executive Master at Paris Sorbonne Business School, the CCE programme at AUREP, and active membership in leading professional organisations such as the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and the International Bar Association.
